Practicus is supporting Butterfly Conservation, a leading wildlife charity, to recruit a Head of Corporate Partnerships to secure vital partnerships that protect butterflies, moths, and the environment.

As Head of Corporate Partnerships, you will shape and implement the corporate strategy, build impactful relationships, and generate transformational income.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and develop a Corporate Fundraising & Partnerships Strategy
• Secure five-figure+ partnerships and donations through proactive outreach
• Identify, cultivate, and manage a pipeline of high-value corporate partners
• Create compelling proposals and stewardship plans
• Collaborate across the organization to align fundraising efforts
• Line manage and support the Corporate Fundraising Officer
• Analyze performance and report to senior leadership and boards

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven ability to secure and grow high-value corporate partnerships
• Experience in developing fundraising plans to meet targets
• Strong negotiation skills and legal understanding of partnership agreements
• Ability to create tailored proposals and presentations
• Experience with charity CRM systems
• Knowledge of data protection and fundraising regulations
• Experience in stewarding funder relationships
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly
• Experience managing budgets

Salary: £38,336 to £44,247 per annum (pro rata)

Working hours: 2.5 or 3 days per week

Location: Fully remote, occasional travel to Dorset
