Medical Update Online is seeking a Head of Care to lead a team of registered managers across domiciliary and supported living in the Aylesbury area. This permanent leadership role offers autonomy, and close collaboration with senior leaders to deliver high-quality person-centred care.

You will drive service growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and shape local reputation while managing commercial performance and quality standards. A supportive leadership network backs your initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in an operational management role within the care sector.
• Management of 3 registered managers at one time in a previous role.
• Confident leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop others.
• Proactive mindset and passion for person-centred care.

We're looking for a passionate and people-focused Head of Care/Area Manager to lead a well-established team of registered managers in the Aylesbury area. You'll be at the heart of delivering outstanding care and building a strong local reputation, creating a culture that prioritises quality, person-centred care, and operational excellence.
