This is an exciting opportunity for a senior surveyor to take a strategic role, guiding the delivery of high-quality projects across heritage and conservation properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the building surveying team, guidanceli>
• Oversee building surveys, condition assessments, and valuations for heritage properties
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering expert consultancy services
• Drive business development, identifying new opportunities in the conservation sector
• Support the professional development of team members, including APC/chartered pathways
• Ensure compliance with heritage regulations, industry standards, and best practice

Key Requirements:

• MRICS-qualified with extensive post-qualification experience
