Nous is seeking a Head of Business Intelligence to own the data foundations, metrics definitions, and the reporting that drives Growth, Commercial, Operations and Finance. You will lead the dbt/Omni models, push for robust governance and leverage AI tooling to improve decision making.

You will work closely with senior leadership, own the analytics roadmap, and build self-serve dashboards that scale with a fast-growing consumer business in the UK.

Mansioni

• Own canonical metric definitions and sponsor definitions; ensure consistency across decks.
• Own the underlying models (dbt/Omni) and consolidate as the business scales.
• Make numbers provable with reconciliation checks across events, tables and finance ledger.
• Make self-serve analytics effective with a clean semantic layer and documented dashboards.
• Own commercial reporting and unit economics, collaborating with Finance on management reporting and investor updates.
• Be the analytical partner to Growth, Commercial, Operations and Product; answer questions with robust reporting.
• Set governance for access, PII handling and data stack boundaries; own AI-enabled analytics practices.
