NousNous is an AI-native consumer startup in the UK seeking a Commercial Analyst to drive high-impact analytics across growth, product, and pricing. You will turn data into decisions, build dashboards, and model scenarios to guide how the company scales and allocates budgets.

You’ll work closely with founders and senior leaders in a high-context environment, handling experiments, revenue insights, and cross-functional analysis from day one.

Qualifications

• Strong data skills with ability to turn data into decisions.
• Experience building dashboards and data models.
• Comfort with experimentation and A/B testing.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to move fast.

Responsibilities

• Own business analytics across the group and steer data-informed decisions.
• Set up and measure website-conversion experiments.
• Create dashboards for new revenue streams and KPIs.
• Model scenarios to guide bets and spend allocations.
• Collaborate with founders and senior leaders to translate data into strategy.
