Enhanced is building a data-driven health optimization platform with science-backed supplements. You will establish and lead the company’s BI/analytics function, defining strategy, building infrastructure, and translating complex data into actionable insights across performance, product, marketing, and operations.

In this hands-on, entrepreneurial role, you’ll design analytics programs, select tools, mentor a team, and embed data-driven thinking into the culture as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership of BI/analytics function in a fast-growing business.
• Proven ability to translate multi-source data into actionable insights.
• Experience with retention metrics and lifecycle analytics.

Responsabilités

• Audit and improve data infrastructure, pipelines, and reporting.
• Build single source of truth for key metrics (revenue, CAC, LTV, churn).
• Develop self-serve dashboards for product and channel performance.
• Advance marketing measurement, attribution, and incrementality testing.
• Create cohorts, LTV, profitability, and forecasting models.
