Job summary

Humantra Ltd seeks a Head of Data to build and lead our data capability from the ground up. You will own data strategy, governance, analytics and AI across the business, partnering with the COO and SLT to drive decision making and value creation.

You will shape foundations, establish ownership and quality, and scale data-driven insights across Commercial, Marketing, Ecommerce, Operations, Finance and Supply Chain. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-growing wellness brand.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in senior leadership roles in scaling businesses.
• Experience developing and implementing business-led data strategies.
• Strong data governance, ownership, and data quality foundations.
• Experience improving analytics, reporting and BI with data-driven decisions.
• Design or contribute to modern data architecture and cloud platforms.
• Ability to translate business needs into data and AI solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional influence.
• Ownership mindset to build a world-class data capability from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Define and own Humantra's data strategy and roadmap.
• Partner with COO and leaders to identify data, AI opportunities to improve performance.
• Assess current data landscape, ownership, flows and gaps.
• Establish data principles, sources of truth and data dictionary.
• Build data governance and quality framework covering privacy and security.
• Lead analytics and BI initiatives, develop scalable dashboards and self-service analytics.
• Own the data platform and determine build vs buy for data solutions.
• Set standards for AI outputs and responsible use of data.
