Motorway is seeking a BI Data Analyst to join our Analytics team in London. You will own analytical projects end-to-end, building dashboards and surfacing trends to drive measurable business outcomes.

You will work with Marketing, Finance, Product, Commercial and Operations, writing production-grade SQL and Python, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to own analytical projects end-to-end.
• Experience building dashboards and reporting for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong production-quality SQL and Python coding; able to review AI-generated outputs.

Responsabilités

• Structure business problems into defined analytical tasks.
• Own KPI monitoring and reporting for embedded stakeholder teams.
• Investigate data discrepancies and propose solutions.
• Build Looker dashboards and Hex notebooks for analysis.
• Write production-quality SQL and Python, review AI outputs.
• Communicate insights with clear narratives that drive action.
• Use AI tools to improve workflow while ensuring accuracy.
• Collaborate with Analytics Engineers to ingest new data sources.
