Job summary

Nous is a fast‑growing, AI‑native consumer startup in the UK. We’re seeking a Commercial Analyst to accelerate scale across Growth, Product, and Tariffs, turning data into decisions that move the business.

You’ll design experiments, build dashboards, and model scenarios with SQL and spreadsheet tools, partnering with founders and senior leaders to identify where to invest and how to win.

Qualifications

• Turn data into decisions in a fast-paced, analytical environment.
• Experience building dashboards and dashboards that drive action.
• Ability to design, run and interpret experiments and A/B tests.

Responsibilities

• Set up and measure website‑conversion experiments and other tests.
• Create dashboards for key revenue streams and business metrics.
• Model scenarios and support negotiations with providers.
• Collaborate with founders and senior leaders to translate data into strategy.
