HomeLet leads the UK private rented sector and seeks a passionate Leader of Lettings to head our B2B lettings sales teams across the UK, driving growth and service excellence. You will influence agents, grow core product uptake and maximise lifetime value through strategic campaigns.

As an accomplished leader, you will coach teams, use data to target opportunities, and ensure FCA compliance while delivering outstanding customer experience and market-leading results.

Formación

• Proven experience leading B2B sales teams in lettings or related sectors.
• Strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
• Comfort with using data to drive sales and product uptake.
• Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills across levels.

Responsabilidades

• Lead B2B lettings sales teams to win, retain and grow the letting agent customer base across the UK.
• Drive uptake of core products and added-value services to hit and exceed targets.
• Drive retention and lifetime value by reducing churn and building loyalty.
• Spot market opportunities and build relationships with new and existing agents.
• Deliver effective sales and marketing campaigns to boost engagement and usage of products.
• Own performance: manage pipelines, report results, and translate data into action.
• Lead, coach and develop your team with regular 1:1s and clear goals.
• Champion change and service quality, resolving issues and sharing best practices.
• Stay compliant with FCA and internal regulatory requirements.
