PIB Group’s HomeLet & Let Alliance arm is seeking a proven Leader of Lettings Sales to captivate and expand a national B2B agent network. You will own pipeline performance, steer sales campaigns, and drive customer value across the lettings market.

You will lead a high-performing team, coach professionals, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering strong growth and enhanced product adoption.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading B2B lettings or financial services sales teams.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong ability to use data to drive decisions and improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Win, retain and grow our letting agent customer base across the UK.
• Drive uptake of core products and added-value services to hit and exceed targets.
• Own performance data: manage pipelines, report results and turn data into action.
• Lead, coach and develop the sales team with regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
