Job summary

loc8me is a fast-growing, nationwide student lettings business seeking an organized, experienced lettings professional to drive performance and deliver exceptional customer service. You will oversee day-to-day lettings activity and support growth, ensuring tenants and landlords receive the best possible experience.

You will manage relationships with landlords and tenants, handle inquiries across channels, coordinate viewings, and assist in recruitment and development of the lettings team, while

Qualifications

• Experience in lettings or property management is required.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive, self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
• Deliver an exceptional experience for tenants and landlords.
• Manage enquiries across phone, email, Live Chat and WhatsApp.
• Advertise properties and engage with prospective tenants.
• Register applicants, arrange viewings, and provide landlord feedback.
• Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants.
• Oversee lettings process from enquiry to completion.
• Support Branch Manager on performance reviews and KPIs.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and development of the lettings team.
• Recruit and monitor performance of Loc8tors.
• Oversee diary management and daily operations.
• Prepare weekly lettings reports for the Branch Manager.
