Job summary

Letly in London seeks a high-velocity BDC/BDM professional to convert inbound landlord leads into signed instructions. You will qualify constraints, decide the right service tier, present compelling pricing, and manage a robust CRM pipeline, owning the close and constant improvement of margins.

Senior roles add portfolio pricing and retention focus. You must be comfortable with self-sourcing, field-based pricing judgments, and using AI-assisted prep to speed conversions across a London landlord

Qualifications

• BDC: ~1-2 years in a target-driven, phone-led sales role.
• BDM/Senior BDM: 2+ years closing your own deals with quota.
• Lettings or BTR instruction-winning background preferred; other consultative, high-volume sales ok.

Responsibilities

• Make the first call to new leads and identify landlord constraints.
• Decide routing tier for each property and defend the choice.
• Present prices and terms that reflect total net income over the term.
• Maintain pipeline in the CRM with timely next steps.
• Lead the close from initial conversation to signed agreement.
• Own the commercials, fee, term and let price; self-source when needed.
• Senior BDM: own renewals/retention.
