HomeLet & Let Alliance, part of the PIB Group, is seeking a passionate Leader of Lettings sales to drive performance from Lincoln/Chester. You will lead B2B lettings sales teams to win, retain and grow our letting agent customer base across the UK, and to enhance uptake of core products and add-on services while hitting ambitious targets.

You will manage pipelines, report results, and translate data into action, while coaching your team with clear goals and regular 1:1s.

Formación

• Proven experience leading B2B sales teams.
• Strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
• Commercial mindset with ability to use data to improve performance.
• Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills at all levels.
