A leading global provider of automotive software and simulation solutions is seeking a Head of Advanced Simulation Technologies (AST) UK. This senior leadership and sales management position carries full responsibility for the UK AST business unit, focusing on strategy, growth, and customer success across the automotive and mobility sectors.

This position plays a pivotal role in advancing the company\'s mission to deliver innovative powertrain systems and cutting-edge simulation technologies. By joining this team, you\'ll contribute to the development of solutions that shape the future of mobility, while working alongside global leaders and experts in the field.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the UK business strategy for Advanced Simulation Technologies in alignment with European and global leadership.
  • Lead and manage the sales and customer support teams, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.
  • Cultivate executive-level relationships with key UK and European automotive clients.
  • Drive sales performance, maintaining accurate forecasts and delivering against P&L targets.
  • Contribute to global AST business planning and represent the UK in international leadership forums.
  • Capture and communicate UK market needs to support product development and innovation.
What You Will Bring
