Follows and make sure the rest of the Team act according to the Health & Safety law and Company Policy
Executes all the necessary checkups on the cleaning standards
Executes the Kitchen porter Team Rotas
Executes the Kitchen Porter Team Holiday forms
Executes the Kitchen Porter Team sickness forms, including the back to work interviews and insures correct records
Executes all the ordering and correct stock control of all the required and agreed Kitchen cleaning materials
Executes all necessary training in his Team, including the correct required training records for COSH and Health and Safety
