Job summary

Novotel London Stansted Airport is seeking a Head Housekeeper to lead and inspire a large housekeeping team in a busy 4-star hotel. You will develop efficient cleaning procedures, monitor standards, and manage budgeting and reporting to drive guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include guiding the team, maintaining brand standards, responding to audits, and collaborating with other departments. The role offers competitive salary, benefits and career progression within the Arora group.

• Address any guest concerns promptly, attentively and efficiently.
• Coach, train, and support the team to provide consistently high standards while continually looking to improve.

Novotel London Stansted is a stylish hotel, just a short shuttle ride from the airport. It features 250 bedrooms and offers a great all-day dining restaurant, café and bar. Our four-star hotel includes eight meeting rooms that can comfortably accommodate up to 250 guests. It also provides fitness facilities and ample parking for both guests and employees.

The Head Housekeeper in our stylish hotel inspires the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness throughout, creating a welcoming and immaculate environment that consistently exceeds guests’ expectations.

• Lead and manage a large housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement efficient housekeeping procedures and best practices.
• Ensure company brand standards of quality and cleanliness are maintained at all times.
• Prepare and monitor the annual departmental operating budget, with a focus on occupancy, payroll costs and departmental expenses.
