Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and drive high standards of food quality, service, and hygiene across our pubs. You’ll be part of the pub management team, shaping memorable guest experiences and building a motivated kitchen staff across locations.

You’ll have a track record in a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager role or be ready to step up from a Sous/Second Chef position, with a passion for great food, strong leadership, and the ability to deliver consistent results.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager role or readiness to step up from Sous/Second Chef position.

• Ensure all food and hygiene standards are consistently met.
• Maintain a positive attitude and create a buzz in the kitchen.
