Marston’s is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team across our pubs. You’ll be responsible for raising the bar and setting high standards in food quality and service, while working with the pub management team to create memorable guest experiences.

You’ll bring experience as a Kitchen Manager or Head Chef, or be ready to step up from a Sous/Second Chef role, with a passion for developing your team and delivering results.

Qualifications

• Experience as Kitchen Manager/Head Chef or ready to step up from Sous/Second Chef.
• Experience maintaining food and hygiene standards.
• Ability to lead and develop a kitchen team.

• Ensure all food and hygiene standards are consistently met
• Have a positive attitude and the ability to create a buzz in your kitchen
• Achieve the highest standards, ensuring the business is safe and that food quality and speed of service targets are met
• Maintain clear communication with your kitchen and wider pub team
