Marston’s is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in one of our pubs. You will drive high standards, develop a motivated kitchen crew, and work as part of the pub management team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll need prior experience as a Kitchen Manager/Head Chef or be ready to step up from a Sous/Second Chef role, with a passion for quality and speed of service. A supportive, career-oriented environment awaits.
