Marston’s is looking for a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in one of our pubs. You’ll be responsible for raising the bar, setting standards across the kitchen, and playing a key part in the pub management team to create memorable guest experiences.

You’ll grow and retain a motivated kitchen team, with opportunities to progress across our pubs, hotels and support centre. We offer a performance bonus, staff discounts, flexible hours and access to our app-based training and wellbeing resources.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in a similar Kitchen Manager/ Head Chef role or be ready to step up from a Sous/ Second Chef position.

• Achieve the highest standards, ensuring the business is safe and that food quality and speed of service targets are met.
