A leisure organization in Verwood is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen team, ensuring high standards in food production and service. The ideal candidate will have strong kitchen experience, culinary qualifications, and the ability to manage stock and menu planning. As Head Chef, you’ll lead and motivate the kitchen team to deliver consistent, high-quality food and excellent service. You’ll take ownership of menu development, food production, stock control, pricing, and compliance, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and food safety. You’ll guide and support your team day-to-day, help shape seasonal menus, and support club functions and events as required.

This is a permanent, full time role, working 40 hours per week. The nature of our business necessitates that the successful applicant will be required to work some evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
