Job summary

The Bulls Head is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead and develop a highly skilled team across front-of-house operations. You will work closely with the General Manager, Head Chef and Bar Manager to ensure excellent food and drink quality, service standards and a warm, friendly guest experience.

A focus on learning, development, and staff motivation will be essential to drive guest satisfaction scores. You will conduct regular team meetings, 1:1s and reviews, monitor guest feedback and response

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a high-performing front-of-house team to deliver standout guest experiences.
• Collaborate with General Manager, Head Chef and Bar Manager to maintain service and food quality.
• Drive a culture of learning and development; conduct monthly team meetings, 1:1s and development reviews.
• Monitor ticket times, service speed, and guest feedback; resolve complaints effectively.
• Maintain warm, welcoming environment and uphold consistent service standards.

As a Restaurant Manager, you'll grow ahighly skilled & motivated team,work closely with the General Manager, Head Chef and Bar Manager to ensure that all of our guests receive excellent food & drink, quality & efficient service standards and in a warm & friendly environment.Drive a culture of learning & development across your front of house team to better enhance the guest experience and our team’s job satisfaction scores. Conducting monthly team meetings, 121s and personal development reviews, focussing on our team is a priority to ensure they are well supported and motivated in their roles, keepa close eye on ticket times, food and drink quality and overall guest experience, resolving any complaints, and offering support and guidance to the team when required!
