Job summary

The Swan at Walton is seeking a Restaurant Manager in the United Kingdom. You will lead a warm, guest-focused team and collaborate with the General Manager, Head Chef and Bar Manager to deliver excellent food and beverage and high service standards in a welcoming setting.

You will drive a culture of learning and development, conduct monthly team meetings and 121s, focus on ticket times, food and drink quality, and resolve any guest issues with guidance for the team.

• Work closely with the General Manager, Head Chef and Bar Manager to ensure guests receive excellent food and drink and high service standards.

As a Restaurant Manager, you'll grow ahighly skilled & motivated team,work closely with the General Manager, Head Chef and Bar Manager to ensure that all of our guests receive excellent food & drink, quality & efficient service standards and in a warm & friendly environment.Drive a culture of learning & development across your front of house team to better enhance the guest experience and our team’s job satisfaction scores. Conducting monthly team meetings, 121s and personal development reviews, focussing on our team is a priority to ensure they are well supported and motivated in their roles, keepa close eye on ticket times, food and drink quality and overall guest experience, resolving any complaints, and offering support and guidance to the team when required!
