Job summary

The3t in the United Kingdom is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead and develop a front-of-house team, collaborating with the General Manager, Head Chef and Bar Manager to deliver warm, consistent service and excellent guest experiences.

You will drive a culture of learning, run monthly team meetings and 121s, monitor service metrics and guest feedback, and guide your team to maintain quality and efficiency in a busy hospitality environment.
