Job summary

The Swan at Walton is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a passionate front-of-house team and deliver memorable guest experiences. You will work closely with the General Manager, Head Chef and Bar Manager to uphold service standards, quality food & drinks, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

As a driver of learning and development, you’ll run monthly team meetings and 1:1s, monitor performance, and resolve issues with tact and care to keep guests happy and staff motivated.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Manage and develop front-of-house team including training and appraisals.
• Collaborate with GM, Head Chef and Bar Manager to deliver high standards.
• Monitor service quality, ticket times, and guest experience, addressing issues promptly.

Conducting monthly team meetings, 121s and personal development reviews, focussing on our team is a priority to ensure they are well supported and motivated in their roles, keepa close eye on ticket times, food and drink quality and overall guest experience, resolving any complaints, and offering support and guidance to the team when required!
