The Three Brooks, part of Mitchells & Butlers' Ember Inns family, is seeking a Head Chef who will lead a busy kitchen and set the standard for food excellence. You’ll inspire your team, drive guest satisfaction and ensure every dish represents pride in the kitchen and our brand.
