Job summary

The Three Brooks is looking for a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and master the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people.

You will train and inspire your chefs and kitchen team, drive targets with your team, assist with food ordering, preparation and stock control, and ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations while working with a branded menu.

As Kitchen Team Leader at The Three Brooks, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people.
