Job summary

Ember Inns is seeking a Head Chef at the Bell to lead a kitchen and inspire your team to deliver food of the highest standard, leaving guests keen to return.

You will manage all kitchen operations, drive sales, train staff and ensure compliance with health and hygiene rules, while enjoying pension, generous holiday, discounts, and other benefits. Join a brand rooted in community and tradition.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Chef or senior sous chef in a busy kitchen.
• Proven ability to lead a team and drive sales.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations and best practices.
