Job summary

The Three Brooks, Ember Inns part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and lead a kitchen ready to deliver great food. Based at Ember Inns, with flexible shifts and generous employee discounts across brands, this role offers progression and training opportunities within a community-focused pub group.

You will train Chefs and the Kitchen Team, drive performance, assist with ordering and stock control, and ensure compliance with health and hygiene

Qualifications

• Experience training and leading kitchen staff.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP.
• Ability to manage stock and food orders.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire chefs and kitchen team to deliver quality dishes.
• Hit targets with the team and contribute to menu execution.
• Assist with food ordering, prep, and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
