Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Welwyn Garden City is seeking a Head Chef for Ember Inns. You will lead the kitchen, inspire your team, and drive high standards in food quality and service to keep guests returning.

You will manage all kitchen operations, oversee food ordering, preparation and stock control, and ensure health and hygiene compliance while working with a branded menu to deliver great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Leadership to guide the kitchen team.
• Ability to manage a busy pub kitchen end-to-end.
• Ensures food safety and hygiene standards.

As Head Chef at the Attimore Hall you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you’ll keep our guests coming back for more.
