Job summary

Attimore Hall, part of Ember Inns and Mitchells & Butlers, is seeking a Head Chef to lead a kitchen team and craft a menu that delivers high-quality, consistent meals in a traditional pub setting. You’ll inspire your team and drive guest satisfaction while managing ordering, stock and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Chef or readiness for first Head Chef appointment.
• Able to lead and inspire a kitchen team while maintaining high standards.
• Experience in managing food ordering, stock control and health/hygiene compliance.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your team to deliver high-quality food.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team, driving sales and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee kitchen management: food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Work with a branded menu.
