We are currently seeking a passionate Head Breakfast Chef to join our Kitchen on a permanent basis, with an immediate start. Your role will be to deliver memorable moments and five-star service, fostering a positive, diverse, and caring environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Owning the overall breakfast operation, mise-en-place, and service
• Ensuring food quality and standards are met, reviewing guest feedback regularly
• Driving menu changes in line with the calendar
• Promoting effective communication within the kitchen and providing clear handovers
• Researching and presenting new dish ideas monthly

This role involves working 40 hours per week on a shift rota.
