Job Description

• Food Preparation: Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards, ensuring food safety standards are adhered to at all times.
• Station Management: Oversee the production of all dishes assigned to your station and maintain cleanliness and supplies in line with policies.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards for presentation and taste of all dishes.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and support colleagues as needed.
• Menu Development: Collaborate with the head chef to develop and taste new recipes, offering suggestions for improvement.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep the kitchen and designated areas clean and organized, ensuring equipment is in good working order.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
