We are currently seeking a passionate Head Breakfast Chef to join our Kitchen on a permanent basis, with an immediate start. Your role will be to deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and team. We value positive energy, diversity, and a community-focused environment where careers matter.

As a Head Breakfast Chef, your main duties will include:

• Owning the overall breakfast operation, mise-en-place, and service for your section/department
• Ensuring your team prepares and cooks food to the specified standards, reviewing guest feedback regularly
• Driving menu changes in line with the calendar
• Promoting good communication within the kitchen and providing clear handovers
• Researching and presenting new dishes monthly

You will work 40 hours per week on a shift rota.
