Job summary

First Class Sailing in Southampton is seeking an organised Operations Coordinator (or Operations Manager at DOE) to oversee day-to-day sailing operations, course delivery, staffing and vessel coordination. You will report to the Vice Principal and work across office, marina, vessels, stores and customers, ensuring smooth operations and proactive problem solving.
