Responsibilities

• Coordinate worldwide ship-to-ship and marine consultancy operations.
• Manage client enquiries, quotations and costings.
• Organise offshore logistics including vessel scheduling and supplier coordination.
• Liaise with clients, agents, vessel operators and internal teams.
• Monitor vessel movements, weather and risks; implement contingencies.
• Maintain operational records, process invoices and assist cost control.
• Support business development and marketing initiatives with clients.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, regulations and policies.
• Assist audits, supplier management and training activities.
• Produce reports and drive continuous improvement.
