Job summary

First Marine Solutions Ltd in Aberdeen is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis. The role supports day-to-day delivery of operations, coordinating equipment, documentation, and logistics from mobilisation through demobilisation.

Working with the Yard Supervisor and Operations Supervisor, you will manage equipment movements, certification, transportation, maintenance needs, and client/supplier communications, while assisting invoicing,

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an operational / projects environment
• A full UK Driving License
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
• Experience using an equipment / asset management system such as InspHire, SAP or Maximo (or similar)
• Experience using Sage 50 (or similar)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment movements, certification, transportation and maintenance requirements.
• Support day-to-day operations and administration from mobilisation through demobilisation.
• Liaise with client and supplier communications and prepare project documentation.
• Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, stock and inventory control, and customs documentation.
• Occasional visits to Montrose yard and participation in an on-call rota.
