Investigo is seeking a hands-on Halo ITSM Automation Engineer for a contract role (Outside IR35) with an immediate start. You will review requirements, convert them into Halo workflows, build and deploy automations, and identify further automation opportunities across the service desk.

You will document configurations and train the internal team so they can support the solution independently. The role requires strong Halo ITSM experience, knowledge of HaloPSA, integrations via API and webhooks,

Qualifications

• Hands-on Halo ITSM experience with workflow/configuration.
• Experience with Halo integrations, API, webhooks, Integrator and runbooks.
• Scripting or integration experience (PowerShell, REST APIs) preferred.
• Proven track record delivering tested, deployed automation.
• Strong documentation and ability to transfer knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Review automation requirements and convert into Halo workflows.
• Build, test and deploy automations through production.
• Assess ITSM processes and prioritise new automation opportunities.
• Document configurations and enable knowledge transfer to internal team.
