JD Gyms is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the day-to-day operation of the club. You will work closely with the General Manager to uphold high standards, support colleague development and drive membership and commercial objectives.

You will lead a team of Fitness Coaches and General Assistants, coach and motivate staff, and ensure the club delivers exceptional member experiences, strong operational performance and a safe, welcoming environment for all.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing colleagues in leisure, fitness, hospitality or customer-focused environments.
• Strong commitment to delivering excellent member service.
• Capable of coaching and developing staff to meet targets.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to Health and Safety Employee Policy and Company Procedures Handbook.
• Maintain JD Gyms Brand Standard.
• Conduct daily, weekly and monthly safety checks and report defects to ensure safety.
