Job summary

JD Gyms is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the day-to-day operation of the club. You will work with the General Manager to uphold high standards, drive membership and commercial targets, and lead a team of Fitness Coaches and General Assistants.

You will ensure safety, cleanliness and exceptional member service, while fostering a positive, engaging environment for staff and members, reflecting JD Gyms values.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in leisure, fitness, hospitality or customer-focused environments.
• Demonstrates commitment to excellent member service and leadership.
• Qualified to at least Level 2 Gym Instructor.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Fitness Coaches and General Assistants.
• Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards across the club.
