Job summary

JD Gyms is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the day-to-day operation of the club, working closely with the General Manager to uphold high standards, drive membership and commercial targets, and create a welcoming environment for colleagues and members.

You will lead and develop a team of Fitness Coaches and General Assistants, run regular meetings, coach staff, and ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies and JD Gyms Brand Standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing colleagues in leisure, fitness or customer-focused settings.
• Strong commitment to delivering excellent member service.
• Proven ability to coach, develop and motivate teams.
