Job summary

JD Gyms in Scotland is seeking a proactive gym manager to lead daily operations, open/close the site and uphold brand standards. You will drive member satisfaction, nurture growth in membership and inspire the team in a busy leisure setting.

Candidates should have leisure management experience, be Level 2 Gym Instructor qualified, and have a proven ability to drive sales and coordinate local marketing. JD Gyms offers staff discounts and development opportunities as we expand across the UK.

Qualifications

• Must have management experience in a leisure-related industry.
• Must be passionate about customer service and be an inspirational leader.
• Experience driving sales and coordinating local marketing.
• Experience as an Assistant Manager or Fitness Manager is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily gym operations and ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Open/close site and work to meet sales and membership targets.
• Drive secondary spend and maintain brand standards.
• Support team, ambassadors, and contractors with outstanding member service.
