You will lead and coach colleagues, manage opening/closing, uphold health and safety policies, drive membership and revenue objectives, and help maintain cleanliness and brand standards.

Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings and weekends are expected to align with business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supporting colleagues in leisure, fitness, hospitality, or customer-focused environment.
• Strong commitment to member service and coaching teammates.
• Ability to drive member engagement and local initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day club operations, including opening and closing duties.
• Provide excellent member service through professional interactions.
• Ensure health and safety policies are followed and safety checks are performed.
• Maintain cleanliness and standard across the facility.
• Support revenue and membership goals and explore secondary revenue opportunities.
