Job summary

JD Gyms in Chester is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead the club's daily operations, drive membership growth and deliver an exceptional member experience. You will inspire the team, uphold brand standards and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for all members and colleagues.

In this role you will recruit and develop Fitness Coaches and General Assistants, manage budgets and deliver outstanding service while hitting sales targets and maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of the club to deliver exceptional member experiences.
• Recruit, coach and develop Fitness Coaches and General Assistants.
• Drive sales, hit membership targets and maximise secondary spend.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety across the facility.
• Ensure brand standards and health and safety policies are followed.
• Communicate with team through regular meetings and updates.
