Qualifikationen

• Experience leading teams and managing operations within leisure, fitness, hospitality or customer-focused environments.
• Strong commitment to delivering excellent member service.
• Experience contributing to membership growth, commercial performance and local marketing initiatives.
• Experience supporting operational delivery, people leadership and commercial performance in leisure or customer-focused settings.
• Experience recruiting, supporting and developing colleagues.

Aufgaben

• Lead and motivate the club team to achieve service and performance targets.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies.
• Recruit, coach and manage Fitness Coaches and General Assistants for daily operations.
• Drive sales, membership growth and maximise secondary spend opportunities.
• Ensure the club stays clean, well-maintained and compliant with brand standards.
• Manage weekly banking, minimise wastage and maximise profit.
• Enforce uniform standards and professional member interactions.
• Deliver outstanding member service and foster a positive working environment.
• Be an ambassador for JD Gyms and uphold brand values.
