Job summary

JD Gyms is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the day-to-day operation of the club and work closely with the General Manager to maintain high standards and deliver exceptional member experiences.

You will lead a team of Fitness Coaches and General Assistants, run regular team meetings, and help drive membership growth, revenue and a positive working environment while upholding brand standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a leisure, fitness, hospitality or customer-focused team.
• Demonstrates commitment to excellent member service and leadership.
• Must be qualified to Level 2 Gym Instructor or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Health and Safety policies and company procedures.
• Recruit and manage a team of Fitness Coaches and General Assistants.
• Drive membership growth, revenue and commercial targets.
