• Ability to conduct comprehensive risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Hold a caseload of key clients and develop Support Plans.
• Facilitate group activities based on client needs.
• Support clients preparing for independence through various means.

Skills

Experience with mental health

Knowledge of safeguarding issues

Ability to create SMART action plans

Knowledge of Housing Management
