The National Trust for Places of Historic Interest or Natural Beauty is seeking a Service Team Member to support busy visitor operations at Hanbury Hall and other Worcestershire sites. You’ll help meet targets, solve problems, and deliver great service to visitors across locations.

Reporting to the Welcome Manager, you’ll be part of a small team of staff and volunteers with occasional opportunities at Croome, The Firs and Greyfriars.

We’re looking for a Service Team Member to join us at Hanbury Hallto support our busy teams across visitor operations. This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll help us meet targets, solve problems, and deliver great service across different locations.

For this role, you’ll need to complete our online assessment instead of using a C.V. or online application form. This will help us understand more about your strengths and give you more information on the role.

What it's like to work here

As part of Hanbury’s Welcome Team, you'll deliver consistently great customer service to all visitors and do everything possible to ensure they have a great day.

Reporting to the Welcome Manager, you'll be one of five Service Team Members, working alongside a brilliant team of volunteers. There may be the occasional opportunity to work within the wider Worcestershire portfolio at Croome, The Firs and Greyfriars.

What you'll be doing

The core part of your job is to give vital and positive support to your colleagues, wherever you’re needed, with a focus on greeting and helping visitors. No two days will be the same. You’ll work across different visitor areas and sites, helping us meet service and targets. You’ll also be on hand to resolve customer issues in a friendly and helpful way. Tasks could include welcoming visitors, restocking shelves in the shop, clearing tables in the café, answering questions to help people get the most out of their visit and membership recruitment.
