Job summary

National Trust at Croome Park in Worcester is seeking a Service Team Member to support busy visitor operations across locations. You’ll help meet targets, solve problems, and deliver great service to all visitors as part of the Welcome Team.

You’ll report to the Welcome Manager and join a small team of volunteers; there may be occasional opportunities to work across the Worcestershire sites, including Hanbury Hall and Greyfriars.

Qualifications

• Focus on delivering great service to visitors across sites.
• Comfortable speaking with visitors and solving problems.
• Team player but able to work on own initiative.
• Well-organised and flexible to work across different sites.
• Willing to learn new skills and contribute to shared goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors across different sites and visitor areas.
• Help staff in shops, cafés, and other visitor spaces.
• Resolve customer issues in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Support membership recruitment and information sharing to visitors.
